Situated at an altitude of 400 meters, the vines thrive on a unique terroir: primary rock soil with a fine limestone subsoil.

Careful thinning and selection of the grapes result in a wine of the highest quality. Fruity and charming with a hint of delicate almonds, complemented by the fine must from the traditional bottle fermentation.
