Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can assess the issue and make it right.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have received. Once your return has been accepted, you can purchase the desired item separately.

European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement, for example by email to info@stierschneider.at.

Please note that statutory exceptions may apply to certain goods. Any conditions relating to the state of returned goods must be interpreted in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
