Operations Management

Jakob is responsible for winemaking and the overall management of the winery. He takes care of presentations, oversees part of the vineyard work, and, together with Karl, handles the entire winemaking process at Kartäuserhof. In addition, he works closely with Rikki to manage wine deliveries and maintain relationships with restaurants, hotels, wine merchants, and vine shops.

Head of Sales & Office Management

Rikki is primarily responsible for direct customer contact. She conducts tastings, manages cellar-door sales, organizes various sampling events, and oversees labeling. In addition, she is responsible for shipping our wines and is present at all presentations and events.

Senior Winemaker

Karl plays a key role in the entire winemaking process and is also responsible for all tractor operations. In addition, he handles many organizational tasks related to the winery, manages the entire vehicle fleet, and is always on hand with valuable advice and a wealth of experience.
